Executive Vice President Sales and Marketing
Bob joined MSM in 2019 to lead the sales and marketing efforts of MSM. Before that, Bob spent 30 years with Johnson & Johnson in several functions including Sales, Marketing, and Managed Care. In his most recent role, Bob led the integration of all consumer HCP sales and marketing groups into one North America Sales and Marketing organization, which he led for 4 years. During this time, he drove innovative CRM platforms, new sales team(s) operations, and market access partnerships.
Some highlights of his career were winning the James Burke Global Marketing award for best HCP marketing campaign in J&J, leading diversity efforts at McNeil Consumer Healthcare as a charter member of the Consulting Pairs initiative, and establishing the managed care footprint for the launch of Concerta for the treatment of ADHD. Bob also was a member of multiple leadership boards including most recently where he sat on the Commercial Enabling Leadership team that was formed to build organization pillars of excellence following a reorganization.
Finally, Bob is known to be a strong developer of talent and architect of a strong organizational culture to help improve employee engagement and experience.
